Welcome to your third Body Quest challenge! Compete against yourself in this fun and addictive game that will help you learn how to make balanced meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. In this Body Quest game, you’ll meet Graino Supa, a Body Quest Warrior who eats whole grains to energize his mind.

Are you ready to test your warrior skills? This is your chance to find out how brave you are—and how much you know about healthy meal planning. Treat yourself to an exciting game that gets more challenging with every meal. Find out what Trans Fat Cat eats for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and choose foods from each of the four Battle Groups to make healthier meals for him.


BONUS CHALLENGE After you plan a healthy breakfast for Trans Fat Cat, lunch gets a little more complicated. Try to select foods from each of the Battle Groups while they’re spinning around the plate!

EXTRA BONUS CHALLENGE Here’s where it starts to get tough. For dinner, the battle group foods are still spinning—but this time, you only have 10 seconds to choose the foods for Trans Fat Cat. Here’s your chance to think and play like a Body Quest warrior.

EXTRA, EXTRA BONUS CHALLENGE To move to the next level, you’ll have to find Trans Fat Cat. See if you can find him, and see what he thinks about the meals you’ve planned for him.
